Exchanges are only accepted for any of these occurrences:
Item received from order was incorrect or defective item(s) excluding paint quality. In event of this, original packaging must remain in tack, unused, and undamaged. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery date.
All returns/exchanges are subject to approval.
During the order process, you will have to provide financial information such as your credit card number, expiration date, money order, wire transfer or check information. This information is used for billing purposes and to fulfill your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this contact information to get in touch with you. To properly process your credit card information, we must share your personal and financial information with the merchant bank for authorization and approval. This process is protected by an enhanced security system. See the Security section below for more details on security measures and procedures. We do not share your personal and financial information with any third parties, except those specified in the Sharing section of this policy.
All orders placed with gogrom.com constitute the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed on gogrom.com and all conditions listed below. All products shall remain the property of gogrom.com until paid for in full. All orders shipped to a Colorado address must pay state and/or city sales tax as required by Colorado Law. In the event that an order placed on the web does not calculate sales tax and the order is being shipped to a Colorado address, gogrom.com will calculate the sales tax when the order is processed and call or e-mail the customer with the due amount.
Although we do our best to keep our online inventory up to date, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, it may not be available for immediate delivery. GoGrom reserve the right (without liability or prior notice) to cancel or revise any product order in event of inventory discrepancy, where the product/s ordered is out of stock or on backorder. In event of this, the customer will be notified and other options will be offered based on our discretion. GoGrom reserve the rights to cancel or revise a product order if the price of the product was incorrectly listed due to errors.
